• Allows you the opportunity to recruit and select employees through your traditional methods and send them to Dycos Staffing for referral benefits. This option is offered at a reduced rate from that of our traditional pricing.

Direct Hire
• Allows you to hire our candidates upon referral. It is offered at a percentage mark-up of the employee’s first year annual salary. This fee is flexible depending on the nature of the search.

On-Site Services
• Offers you Dycos Staffing Representation. This program as well, as our other services is completely customizable to best meet specific needs. Having Dycos Staffing on-site at your company allows you to focus on your core business. Our goal is to act as an extension of your Human Resource Department and manage the day to day operation of your contingent work force.
